Article 1: Purpose
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of service (GTCS) is to define the
rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the
industrial electronics repair service offered by 2tech to its professional customers.
Article 2 : Order and acceptance
Any request for repairs made by the customer implies the latter’s unreserved acceptance
of these GCPS.
Article 3: Services
The repair services offered by 2tech are detailed in the quotation given to the customer
prior to any intervention.
Article 4: Prices
Service prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They can be
forfaited or established on the basis of an hourly rate.
Article 5: Turnaround times
Turnaround times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the complexity of
the repair and the availability of spare parts.
Article 6: Terms of payment
Payment for services is made according to the terms defined in the quotation (deposit on
order, balance on delivery, etc.).
Article 7: Return of equipment
Once the repair has been completed, the equipment is returned to the customer by [delivery method]. Unless otherwise specified in the quotation, the customer is responsible for
return shipping costs.
Article 8: Warranty
Repairs carried out by 2tech are covered by a contractual warranty of [duration] from
the date of delivery.
Article 9: Liability
2tech cannot be held liable for loss or damage to
equipment resulting from force majeure, misuse of the equipment by the customer or
intervention by an unauthorized third party.
