Article 1: Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all sales of products and
services by 2tech, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), registered at
Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Lorient under number 497 687 442 00028, whose registered office
is located in Crac’h.
Article 2: Purpose
The purpose of these GTS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the
sale of products and the provision of industrial electronics repair services offered
by 2tech to its professional customers.
Article 3 : Order and acceptance
All orders placed on the 2tech website imply the buyer’s unreserved acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
Article 4: Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the 2tech website at the time of
placing the order.
Article 5: Prices
Product prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They do not include
delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition depending on the amount of the order and the
delivery method chosen.
Article 6: Terms of payment
Payment of the order is made by :

* PayPal
* Bank transfer
Article 7: Delivery
Products are delivered by DHL Express to the address indicated by the purchaser at the time of ordering. The
delivery times are given for information only.
Article 8: Returns and exchanges
Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, on
condition that they are in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs
are at the buyer’s expense.
Article 9: Warranty
All products come with a 2-year contractual warranty from the date of delivery.
Article 10: Liability
2tech may not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with these GTC due to
force majeure.
Article 11: Personal data
The personal data collected at the time of the order are necessary to process it.
They are confidential and will not be passed on to any third party.
Article 12: Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution
of these GCS shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lorient.
